Prescription products need to be indicated by professionals such as doctors, dentists or veterinarians, by prescription. Handling and delivery must be made by a pharmacist, who is responsible for checking the prescription.

In 2023, Eurofarma was the most prescribed laboratory in Latin America, with a 4.6% market share. In Brazil, we maintained leadership in prescriptions with 10% market share, a historic milestone in the Brazilian market, and we are vice-leaders in prescriptions, reaching 6.3% market share. respectively. Net revenue from operations in Brazil was R$7.3 billion (9% higher than 2022). In operations outside Brazil, growth was 39%, totaling R$1.8 billion, a record level in the Company's history, with emphasis on Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Peru and Ecuador. Operations outside Brazil represented 20% of consolidated net revenue; an expansion of 3.6 p.p. compared to 2022.
